Observation

This licensor could not locate thermometers in two of three refrigerator and freezer combinations. Expired carrots were in fridge. They were thrown out immeidiately. A number of food items in the freezer are not labeled and dated. Some crackers, taken out of original packaging, do not have expiration dates. Leftover soup dated 09.11.2024 was observed in a refrigerator.
